When will folks (and you) learn that for promoting someone in the IMAGE business (models, photographers, talent, and perhaps even MAs...) a Web Site needs to be SIMPLE and very BASIC...
No flashing lights, no moving things, no "FLASH", and EASY to understand HOW to get to what we want... the sample pictures that will help us DECIDE about things.
You're site has broken the "simple" rule in many ways, but most notably with all the CLUTTER you've put on your existing site as well as the sample page of the "new" design you are suggesting will make things better. It won't make things better...
Jeeze man... have a plain non-distracting background, have a few easily read and clicked links to get to important things (pictures, location, data, contact methods, etc.) and -- maybe other small items (only a few).
If you're promoting models (out of the love of your heart, not for $$), then make it easy for folks to get to and SEE the models. If you're doing for $$, then it's even MORE important to let them GET TO the models without all the clutter and visual distractions.
