You forgot to mention the charges associated with your site...
You have no room to complain about someone elses service. Other than basic information and tiny thumbnails, your site won't show photos unless one first registers. And when I click on "Become a Memeber Viewer", I've presented with profile options that include photos and other stuff.
Your site and offers "appear" deceptive. I suggest you clean up your own house before busting someone elses chops about their's.
