I make this announcement with a heavy heart, that the 2005 Michigan Models Expo has been...... CHANGED!!!!

My swollen fingers and I had a talk, we decided it was a lost cause to try to convince the hundreds of people who have replied to my many postings all over the internet that the Michigan Models Expo was for people all over the Midwest. So the vote was 10 to 1 (ten fingers) to change the name of the 2005 Michigan Models Expo.

After all, what's in a name? Apparently everything :)

We would like to introduce the 2005 Midwest Models Expo!

We are seeking partners from each state: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and parts of Canada. If you are seeking notoriety, then this is the right opportunity for you.

Now this may sound like it will be hard, but it won't be that much of a chore. I am looking for two people from each of the states, once we have enough people I will introduce you to the other person from your state. There will be guide lines as to things that will need to be accomplished. This is not a full time job, you can work on it at your will, but remember that you will get out of it what you put into it. Records will be kept by me in accordant to the guild lines that will be laid out in future e-mails.

You will need to Contacting models: Searching for models that are interested in attending the 2005 Midwest Models Expo and possibly participating in the fashion show. We are considering having state contests; models from each state will compete against each other on stage. So the more models you get to confirm, the better the fashion show.

Contact photographers who wish to attend the expo to meet models. Canvas photographers and sell advertising space in the 2005 Midwest Models Expo directory and sell sponsorship packages to companies. You may view the sponsorship packages at http://www.modelsofmichigan.com/mm2005/sponsorship_packages.htm

I will be discussing this in more detail later.

Help advertise the expo with in their state.

More information to come.

In exchange, there will be a special page put up in the 2005 Expo area, you and/or your company will be listed there as a cooperative. You will be included in all update e-mails for the expo as cooperatives. You will receive 4 passes to the expo, and if all goes well, a very discounted rate on your hotel room. (I really can't promise that at this time, but I am trying to work out an arrangement)

In according to what type of effort you put into this is what you will receive out of it. If all goes well, and if everyone does their part, at the end of the expo, there will be compensation for all your hard work.

This will be tough, you can count on that, so if you cannot commit, then this would not be for you.

If you are interested in this business plan, please send me your name, address and phone number and I will start to compile a list of potential partners and then you will receive more details as the become available.

Best regards,
