Target Market?

I took a look at your mission statement and "target market" and then at your models. There is a huge mismatch between them.
Virtually your entire claimed "target market" is fashion (designers and retailers). Virtually none of your models are fashion-qualified. Try as I might I couldn't find either a way to hire one of the models if I wanted to, or a way to telephone a booker at your office.
As is typical of these "model listing sites" the focus is on making money out of the pockets of the models, and you get paid whether they get work or not. Which is a good thing for you, since pretty much none of your models will be of interest to any of your "target market".
