It is like anything else you have to promote your book and send out links. Yes it works only if you work getting the word out. I put it on cafe press because the publisher is going to have the soft back and hard back out in late Nov. I thought I could do it myself now and believe me it is work. I have sold about 150 copies and only been out a week. Sylvester
