All of you know that I run a rather large management company. I don't know how many of you have noticed that we never make posts soliciting for models. Like all legitimate managers and agencies, models come to us, we don't go to them.

We do promote our talent online, but that is what we are supposed to do.

I would totally support the elimination of postings by agents and managers looking to sign models. In nearly all cases, they are either self-proclaimed agents with no experience or credentials or are absolute scams.

Scams hurt us all, particularly those of us who are legitimate.

So I would support such a ban and would gladly agree to abide by it. Good suggestion.
