You've made quite a deal about the W.I.S.H. Network's BBB membership. Let's be honest: one of the primary functions of the BBB is to protect its members from negative comment. A member company has to be pretty bad to get any kind of comment that doesn't say they are wonderful. At a minimum, the BBB can be counted on to claim the member company is doing its very best to satisfy customers, pretty much no matter what the truth is.
With that background, let's take a look at the BBB record that Brandon is so proud of. It contains this statement:
"One or more complaints have been processed by the Bureau in its three-year reporting period. The Bureau has determined that the company addressed the disputed issues and exhibited a good faith effort to resolve the complaints; however, a few customers remain dissatisfied despite the company's best efforts to satisfy the complaint."
That's about as close to a stinging indictment of a member company as the BBB ever gets. Any informed person who reads it would know that it is a strong signal to stay away!
