Once again . . .
To produce that energy we need an economically viable fusion reactor capable of producing hundreds of megawatts of energy. Where does that come from?
Even if we had it (and we don't, and will not for a very long time and without a huge expenditure of money) the cost of delivery of the helium would be enormous. Have you done a calculation of the cost of returning payload from the moon (including getting the delivery vehicle there in the first place?) Have you included the cost of building the extraction facility, and all the things that have to be transported to the moon to do that? (Or, in the alternative, the cost of transporting the things necessary to build the supporting infrastructure to build the extraction facility)?
Free Energy? Not by a very, very long shot.
