: Your points are right Michael , the model can be the one allowing the use at times . In this case the model was the one who was complaining about their use of her image. The site owner had placed his © on the images so regardless of how he got them it was wrong. He ignored all email and even a phone call so I just posted on all the forums and others also found images of theirs there . The images actually fit the location for the girls so he was selective in stealing them from various sources. After the posts the page was removed . This is the image he stole and changed. The image is actually by Mark Davis out of Alabama.
