The original question probably still hasn't been answered exactly...I agree with pretty much everything Michael has said about "what" nudity is...but I'm not sure the context of the question is the same as the answer given. So, I'll try my spin on it. It would seem that this should be a clear cut issue and, in fact, I think it is pretty much clear cut...where the problem arises is when the model and/or photographer don't really think the issue through in advance what the various categories really mean and don't discuss limimts sufficiently in advance. I can't say how many times I have seen models post their availability through OMP or some other venue and indicate (by not checking it) that they won't do nude images. Then you scroll down through the images they have posted and there are a number there that are clearly nude! One can only conclude from that kind of disparity that there is alot of misunderstanding out there of...well, if nothing else, what the categories mean to the model. Again, others have said it correctly...this all needs to be understood and communicated thoroughly upfront between model and photographer...but I suspect there are alot of models who don't get modeling jobs or photo shoots because they don't realize that what they check on their profile and what they post seem to be two different things and so the person lookiing to hire a model simply bypasses such profiles to find one where what's checked and what's shown match better. That's my take on the issue.

: Please help me out here. My question is "What is Nude"? When a model says she will not pose Nude, but glamour and implied are ok. That confuses me.
: Is topless nude? Glamour images are usually very sexy and some parts of the body could be visable, and what about sheer fabrics. In my opinion I believe "Nude " to be naked, no clothing........ Do I need to rethink my definition??
: Thanks for all responces.
: Rob.
