Rob, based on what everybody has told you, it's clear that your image is definitely topless. It involves nudity (i.e., nipples showing). Whether it's glamour is a totally different discussion.

Except for you, nobody is having a "discussion" about what's nudity. We are explaining again and again how vital it is to find out what a model means by terms before the shoot.

I once had a model whose "no nudity" meant not showing nipples or pink. Thus, she would be naked as long as the three little areas didn't show. Worked great for lots of artistic stuff.

What do I think when I see a model showing nude work in her portfolio? That she's available for nude work. What else are we supposed to think?

Is there some other agenda here?
