Location: NYC

I am about to become 17 yrs old and i live in NYC. I have been scouted by New Faces Development Center 4 times in the past 2 years. i haven't gone to any of their casting calls thoudh.
I am 5' 9" and 121 pounds.
I want to be a runway model.
is that at all possible at my weight(or if i lost a few pounds?)
how can i do that?
