It is most likely edited in post production so the final photo is implied not nude. Many models are comfortable working with a photographer nude, they just don't want things to show in the final photo.
Don't forget that a reflection, or a shadow can also be implied nude. And it is always best to have an understanding with the model beforehand as to what the posting limits are.
