While very effective if used to its potential, the Internet is nothing more than one of many tools available to those engaged in business. Sound business skills (which, among other things, includes marketing, advertising, financing, etc.) are always the foundation upon which a successful business is based. The Internet can indeed be a great way to introduce your product to a new market, but it will never be the panacea that many trade publications predicted in the mid 1990's. Sound business skills, as boring as it sounds, will always be the path to true success. With that in place, selling prints on the Internet will be a symptom of success, not the root cause.

Allen
