Actually, what you got was more valuable than you appreciate at the moment. I take from your comment that you did not design the site. What the others are saying is that many visitors will not wait twiddling their thumbs while the Flash loads. This is not a problem that your ISP can likely solve, but rather the nature of Flash itself.

I went to your site and waited for the flash to load through my 56k modem. Actually, your site loads pretty fast for a flash site. What you should learn from the comments is that it is STILL too slow for those that use a cable modem or DSL. The next time that you commission a site you might consider a regular old HTML site.

Lastly, I do want to welcome you. I liked your figure shot a lot. Give the model credit also, if she is available for modeling. She has a great figure.
