oh well recently I was shooting a double page commercial print ad.
One of the 4 models who was cast from online pictures off the web had green hair online [she was hot though] . When she arrived on set 1/2h late with brown hair, we all looked in amazement , kind of stunned with questions to each other about how we had thought that we had cast a "hot blonde", and that we already have two brunettes.

Thank god for land based hairdressers. They were able to fix her up quick.
