In my opinion, a person with an ego is one who consistently places his importance above that of others and is the result of low self esteem. I feel that a truly successful person is successful because they are naturally humble and of course the cream always rises to the top.

They learned humility early in life as opposed to arrogance and the power of making others look good and helping others to succeed. Helping others to the top instead of climbing over them is a great success story and a sure way to succeed.

Marc
