Darren, right now your images often carry names that would show up in a Google search. I often give mine names based on locations, models, initials, etc. That way, they don't show up as "nude" or "fetish" or "figure."

That ought to save you a fair amount of grief from Google.
As for people stealing them, well, there's absolutely no real security on the Web. Somebody can always do a screen grab if they just want the image badly enough.

If you have other images in a series, but not showing right now, make sure they either have nonsequential numbers or altogether different names, so nobody will be trolling for the other images.
