I guess the short answer is "I don't know", Tom. It would depend on how desperate, greedy and ethical the owners are. In most states it's illegal to take kickbacks from photographers, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

I can pretty much guarantee you this will not be a "commercial casting agency" but rather a school, very likely affiliated with one of the major franchises.
