: Don't want wild - unfounded accusations to render this list useless.

: Okay, how are you going to determine if they are unfounded or legitimate?

if you read the post - there won't be any. models will ask for a refernce check - others will reply directly to the model - there will be no website, archive or group mailing of the reply. There will be no website, archive or group mailing of acusations etc - the list was never meant to be that anyway.

The concern seemed to be (apart from everyone's concern that I might get sued - never realized I had so many people looking out for me on the net - its quite a comfort)- that a model with a grudge would falsely accuse a photograper and his reputation would be ruined. Without going into a long editorial - if one model posting to a small mailing list on the internet can put a photographer out of business - maybe that reputation isn't as solid as he might have thought.
but regardless - its a non issue. The only flames - accusations - or complaints that will be distributed are ones aimed at me.
