David, the one thing that bothers me about the eyes in that picture is the size of the pupil - it's a little large. This usually means that the modeling light was not sufficient in power to shrink the pupil to a normal size. I like to use a pretty powerful modeling light when I shoot. This shrinks the pupil and encourges the surrounding eye-color to be more prominent. Large pupils displayed in that pic don't look normal and in my humble opinion are not very flattering to the model.
