According to local Atlanta tv news reports there were many counts on the indictment, ranging from Chicago to Atlanta. News reports stated he would gain parental consent to photograph girls as young as 14 for their modeling portfolios. Then outside of parental presence, he convinced the young hopefuls to pose in lingerie and in "sexually suggestive poses". Bear in mind this was not an over eager local DA or police chief, the case was a criminal matter in Federal Court. News reports advised that while sentencing is pending, the number of separate counts for which he was convicted could result in a maximum sentence of 90 years in Federal Prison.

I've no idea where the trial took place, other than it was not in Atlanta. It was reported on local news here because some of the girls are in Atlanta.
