While I totally agree that girls should excersize caution in dealing with strangers, I am confused by what constitutes an "unprofessional atmosphere."

Seems to me lots of top models were first approached in such places as stores, airports, and beaches. Are those "professional atmospheres," or just where can you contact potential models?
