We would like to see most of them filled with exibitors, this is a wonderful way to show others the merchandise that you have (tables may be used for: autographs - posters - showing your portfolios - advertising your businesses etc.) Not to mention having a place to sit during the Expo itself. Sharing a full table is an option to save money. We are offering special early bird discounts that will remain good through the 15th of February after that the full price applies to all table space.

Table space fee: For those who wish to display ( Portfolios - Businesses - Agencies - This includes Models & Photographers )
Full Table: $80.00 - Half Table: $50.00 we now have 30 tables available, more will be added if we need them.
If you are renting table space there will be no fee for the Expo charged.

However, you will be responsible for the $20.00 per person: This fee is to help pay for the entertainment and the food that will be available at the dance/get together Saturday evening the 26th of April.
