Simply, it would be easier to support your event if people know what it is that they are to support. I read your message soon after it was posted but due to the vagueness, did not pause to find out more. Including all of the pertainent details will make your message more effective.

Gotta go. A good T&A movie is coming on cable TV (That's a joke.)
