Not to mention potential lawsuits from things like including a recognizable retail store or restaurant in the background (whether the legal grounds are strong or not, a nationally-recognized store/restaurant will have more financial resources than the photographer and/or model, enough to keep the issue in courts long enough to lead the photographer/model into bankruptcy), and potentially causing an accident with nudity above a freeway. "Yeah, we got this really cool shot, but a couple of kids died in an accident that happened on the highway below. They're trying to say we distracted the drivers..." Is it really worth the risk? Ugh.

I'm sure there's "a definite rush involved" (to quote the OMP profile) but excitement and risk-taking don't need to be that irresponsible.
