Lisa.. I've been with ibill for 4 years now and have never had a problem with them. They've always been very courteous and it is rare that my call isn't answered immediately without going to voicemail.

As for other billing companies beating the VISA thing because of being offshore, that won't happen. This is VISA that's doing this and not ccbill or ibill.
