I have two sites of my own, www.#####.com and www.#####.com on both sites I use i-bill and ccbill. Of the two billers ccbill did offer to give your Visa regulation money back in the way of not charging you any billing fees for 39 weeks or untill you recoop your $750.00. Due to the high number of rebills I needed to keep both. I don't use Globill, but have heard from others that do, they have said Globill will in some way be able to avoid the Visa regulation by moving offices to an off shore location. You might try that for a billing option. Hope this helps.
