Has anyone else been screwed by Ibill lately??
I own an adult site and after stating to ibill in an online form that i didn't want VISA anymore...they still charged me the $750. Anyhow...now is my next pay cycle after that happened and i didn't receive a check at all. They said their system got somehow screwed up after all that visa stuff and they are trying to get it all worked out to send everyone's money to them. This is happening to so many other people as well. Ibill said they would pay me on the first of Jan. Two days ago i called and one of their reps stated the money was sent to me...liar!...and after speaking to various reps..i finally got through a mangager- who told me that i'd be paid on the 1st. Getting her on the phone took forever- because they hardly ever answer their line.
I dont know what to believe anymore...I am in the process of looking for a new CC processor as we speak. IBILL sux!
