Location: Southern California

I have a small pay site which was doing OK until Visa and MC found a way to almost put me out of business. What are others doing who cannot afford, or who choose not, to be extorted. I have an small number of people who want to subscribe to my site who are out of the country and cannot use the 2 remaining ways of paying ... check and phone.
Does anyone have a constructive suggestion? Is there another service like ibill that I can use?
