Cami thanks for your addition I took it as positive feed back for this discussion. I actually just wrote you a brief note to your calcasting site yesterday, I wrote to "info@". (RE Roger) I do plan on listing legitimate casting information if I didn't make that known in my original post.
I have a lot of great ideas to make a site of this nature work well. It is about helping talent in finding work but also helping to get the unknown noticed and by all means this site is not meant to be online exclusively I will definitely have a strong presence in the "real world" I am doing client background checks to a certain extent. I will require a business lic and verify contact info. I can only do so much to protect talent but I can't unfortunately guarantee safety during my 7 years experience in the industry I have come across everything from false castings scams to pushy photogs to site benefits and the real deal and every time something has gone wrong or right for that matter I have noted the incidence and this site is my attempt at doing what I think would truly help.
I love this feedback it has been a great tool for me in letting me know concerns and what people need. Again thank you to everyone that has contributed and I would love to hear more!
